They love to total fixable cars, found my old Mustang forsale n talked to the new owner who runs his own body shop out of Arizona, he sent me in depth pics and sent me invoices on the car that he fixed with a “bent frame” but crash champions never even did a tear down to properly assess the car. Hell all he had to do was swap body panels and paint n an alignment n guess what the car drives straight. And he bought all new parts direct from a ford wholesaler. Stay away from chain shops n take it somewhere else save your self the money on buying another car.

Amazing job! They had my car in and out in no time. The drop off, rental and pickup was easy. Chuck is the man to go see, his customer service is outstanding! 10/10 recommend this location for your car repairs. Everyone was friendly and they kept me updated on the repairs being done

Mrs. Natalie and jadelyn were absolutely amazing. Not only did they keep me updated every step of the way, they have incredible customer service. I definitely recommend this location for any car repairs. They even cleaned my car for me. I’m beyond satisfied. They treat you just like family. 10 stars all the way around.

I cannot say enough how amazing Service King was for us. They repaired my 2022 vehicle three weeks prior to saying it was ready. We met and all expected the parts for the vehicle could be a 4-6 month wait. I had received an estimate from another shop who said it could be a year. Their customer service, communication via their app which provides daily updates on text or email. The vehicle looks great. Satisfied customer.

This was my 1st time using this company & I was very satisfied. The only thing was, that it took a little longer than the expected date (21days)& enterprise called me questioning me about the rental & return date. This was the only thing I didn’t like. The work was amazing & worth the wait & I received text messages 3x a week which was the 1st that’s ever happened… so that took a lot of stress off my plate. If I could give some feedback, would be to provide full detailing like some of the other companies, especially for the price. Front desk & person who took the pics were super nice. I would definitely use this service 10000 times!
