Crew Carwash

This car wash is pretty impressive. Everything from the detail of a car wash to the way the staff treats you. If you're not happy with your car wash they let you go through as many times as you need to until you're happy. Which I rarely if ever have had to go through more than once. The Wash does a really good job. The staff are so friendly, big big smiles on their faces and seem happy and grateful to have a job and to see you. Staff is very professional, both how they acknowledge you, interact with you, and carry themselves. They all represent the company really well. The fact that there's human beings out there to welcome you and interact with you if you have questions is pretty unique and refreshing in this day and age. There is plenty of space to get around in the lot that they have. S

I have the ultimate unlimited carwash package for my truck, I pay over $40.00 a month for this and I'm thinking about canceling, i went through the wash this afternoon and it was moving so fast that when I got home, I noticed that almost all of the dirt was still on my truck , the doors ,tailgate ,and front fenders were literally untouched, this isn't the first or even second time this has happened. If I want to drive around in a dirty truck I may as well save the $40.00.

My go to car wash. No complaints most of the time. Most recently noticed not receiving the car wash I pay for monthly. I was given the lesser quality option. Does not happen all the time. Mostly when the are super busy.

I went to CREW today to get the unlimited monthly car washes. I have an F150 with a box for tools in the back of my truck. I've got it strapped in so it's secured. They turned me away and wouldn't take my business. Customers assume the liability using the car wash. I've got 4 vehicles that will never get washed here. Don't worry. I went to Tsunami and got their monthly deal and washed my truck 2 times today after the poor crew experience.

I bought a new car yesterday. And of course I went to the best car wash (at that time I thought so). After leaving for vacuum cleaning, I was shocked when I saw what happened to my car! The car was dirty, wheels and rims are dirty. I took for 22$ car wash. A piece of rag almost ripped a piece of my fender off my car!! The crew could only offer me to wash the car again for $10. You're joking?! Never come back here!
