Crossroads Ford of Waynesville

I’ve taken both my F1 50s to the previous owners of this dealership and now I’ve taken one of them to the new New owners dealership. This new corporate acquisition appears to be in a positive direction and I’m looking forward to continuing my relationship with having them service both of my trucks. Many of the previous employees are still there so I still have existing relationships. Hopefully the service will continue to improve under the new ownership. My service advisor, Ashley, who did a super job handling my service and repairs has been moved up to the new vehicle department. I know she will excel up there and if anyone needs a new Ford Or used vehicle be sure to look her up she’ll treat you right.

After having some terrible experiences at numerous other dealerships I decided to give Crossroads a try and I'm extremely happy I did. They weren’t pushy or rude like the others and they let me take my time looking for exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a used Jeep Gladiator that after a couple weeks the batteries had had it. Evan, my sales person went out of his way to make sure I got reimbursed for the two batteries that the Gladiator requires and I thank them so much because otherwise it would have set me back close to $500. Most dealerships would have sent me on my way and said good luck its not our problem anymore. In the future I'll be coming back to Crossroads for my vehicle needs. Thanks again Evan and Crossroads.

Dan Medford was incredibly helpful in finding exactly the car we wanted at a great price, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. Dan even followed up with me afterward to make sure I was happy with my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Excellent Service. Compliments to the parts department especially, Nathan going out of his way to help me while traveling with lost keys and programming my remote. He found a solution, it took about ten minutes and initially I was told on Wednesday to come back but service and parts worked together to help me. I have owned about 15 Fords and I will be back to Waynesville Ford Crossroads. I suggest anyone buying Ford to go to see them. Thank you Nathan and Travis and the gentlemen who programmed my remote.

Travis was awesome! Stopped in randomly and didn’t even have intentions or even hopes of getting approved to buy a vehicle that day. We found a vehicle that fit our growing family needs and at a good price. Travis met us in the parking lot even though it was drizzling out and later in the evening. He didn't make us feel pressured and didn't try rushing us through the process. We were in and out quick making this the best car buying experience we've had. We had a minor issue just a couple weeks after buying it but he was right on top of it and had it fixed in no time at all. They made sure we had a loaner through the whole process too.
