Dropped off some GT40P heads to have 3 broken head bolts removed after I tried to remove one of the manifold exhaust bolts myself with no success. Fred and his staff got out 2 of the intake bolts but acted as if someone had broke off a bit previously in the hole I started with my 5/32 carbide bit because they were unable to remove the broken off bolt. However, I didn't accuse him or his staff of breaking off a bit... I just waited to get home to verify my 5/32 wasn't broken on the tip. And guess what? Got home and the truth was very obvious. My bit was not broken. Which means Fred and his staff tried to recenter and drill the hole when trying to remove the bolt... broke off a bit... and lied about it. What makes it worse... is I was nice enough to offer more money... etc. if he could just
