In fairness I think the owner suffers from some type cognitive impairment. He has trouble listening and apparently cannot write anything down. I brought my car in for minor dents, cosmetic scratches, and rim repaint. A job that should have taken no more than a couple of weeks if the owner was organized. I provided him with a complete written scope of work. Crowley Paint and Body had my car for in excess of 9 weeks. I should have been paid as I constantly had to remind Frank of damage that needed to be addressed. Finally when they said my car was ready, it wasn't. My brand new car had trash in the repainted areas while other areas still required repair. A week later I was finally able to drive my car home only to discover the headlights were out of adjustment. Frank and his team did a fantastic job on our Veloster after a front-end collision. The repair time did not take very long, and the car looks better than it did before the accident. In addition, they washed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle, returning it to us in pristine condition. Owner Frank makes sure that you are completely satisfied with the work his shop works on. Delilah in the front office is very helpful with getting quotes for repair work. We have had multiple jobs for them to work on and each one was quality work done in a very timely manner. We are blessed to have an honest and kind body shop in our city for when we need one.
