❤️ I absolutely love Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep. When you walk in there, they all make you feel so welcome. Mat, my sales rep was terrific and deserves so much praise. I have been dealing with South Hills Chrysler Jeep for over 15 years and I will not go anywhere else as long as they stay as wonderful as they always have been to me. I can’t remember (maybe Rob his name) but the guy in finance was awesome as well. Thank you a million times over. I have been doing leases for many years. I called the team ahead of time to make sure my truck was available - and they were ready for me when I arrived. Kyle showed me the truck I was interested while Cody and the team valued my trade. After that - the rest of the process was really quick and Mike made the finance piece about as simple as I have seen it. I will definitely be coming back to them when we need another vehicle.

Definitely don’t shop here, More or less commit legal fraud. They advertise all the options on a truck. Then take those options off the truck to “upfit” it but you’re still paying for all those options on top of a mark up. Looked at a truck and they tried to make me pay for multiple Interior, three set of wheels and tires, multiple bumpers and amount other things but didn’t see one thing on that truck from it. Hell it had the “Night Edition” on it, not one option from that package was on the truck but still wanted me to pay for it. When I said something about it, was more or less told to get bent and still expected me to talk to them. Then tried to tell me I was saving 15K, the options they took off were worth WAY MORE than 15K. Also tried to say that because they were paying more for my t

I traveled 3,000 miles to buy my car and I was happy I did. The used car I was interested in had the right features, ownership history, low mileage, and fair price that was hard to ignore. My salesman, Mat Rush, was always responsive, respectful, and willing to help to answer any questions I had or provide information that would help me make an informed decision. Being an out of state purchaser, the transaction was a little more complicated but went very smoothly and my time at the dealership with Mat felt more like hanging out with a friend rather than a battle with a car salesman. Mat also offered to arrange for someone to pick us up from the Pittsburgh airport (some 35 miles away) which saved us from having to arrange an Uber or rent a car. In the end, we were in and out in what felt
