Crystal Quality Car Wash

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Do not waste money here, Vacuums never work, The blonde haired lady that was there “cleaning” or whatever she does, just harasses customers that are simply there to mind their own business and vacuum, instead of actually doing her job …..your better off going to the woolly wash down the road. That place is anything but Crystal quality.

I have regularly used this car wash since moving to Marion 13 years ago. There have been numerous times that the vacuums have not been working and have kept my change. Most recently, the lights were not working in the automated car wash which made it very difficult to park correctly for the carwash to even begin. None of these things have prompted me to leave negative reviews or to stop patronizing this business. I have tolerated these minor inconveniences in an effort to support a smaller business. However, today, my family and I stopped for a quick clean up of the car. We did not intend in use the vacuums because we did not have change. Change machine didn't work. The machine that has towels didn't work either. No trash cans. We will definitely find another car wash next time. Update: still sucks. No soap or spot free rinse

Went in to spray off work vehicle and got charged $15 for 2 minute wash. No number or website to contact. Don't use your debit card here, it's a complete rip off!

Once again, I paid my $8 for a complete automatic car wash and although it said the car wash was ready, the green light never came on and the door did not open. This happened once before here and I was told that the problem had been fixed. It hadn't.
