Curry Chevrolet Service Department

Have a Chevy Traverse 2024 only a year lease and already issues with coolant with recall on a know Hose issues. Brought car in to service dept and part on backorder as i am in the same boat as 3 others. They have no idea when it arrives as 2 other vehicles are sitting in their lot for a month waiting for part. I was told my issue is not severe but I will have to watch coolant levels & fill it when it gets low. No courtesy vehicle, not even 2 juggs of coolant fluid I requested for to help me out. Unfortunately I lease this car and bought 2 used vehicles from them all within a year, explained that to management they didnt even flinch. Would not recommanded ever getting a vehicle from them. All they care about is the sale.

Horrible experience at this dealership. They charged my credit card instead of using my reward credits and then refused to correct it. On top of that the tires were not balanced properly and the tire sensor which was supposed to be replaced was not done. I had to take it elsewhere to get fixed. Management does not care and the service reflected it.

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this experience was just too disappointing. I scheduled my Tahoe’s first oil change a week in advance for 9:30 AM and mentioned I’d be waiting at the dealership. After three hours in the waiting room, I asked about my car, and the advisor said he’d tried calling me — even though he knew I was right there and the phone signal is terrible. Poor communication and lack of attention. Really disappointed.

Certified pre owned car purchased from this dealer with a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Not even a year and a half since purchase barely any additional mileage. Took it in for a coolant repair. Sat for 6 days until they said they worked on it. Car still giving me the same error. They did not provide me with a warranty repair receipt. This is no longer a Legitimate business operating within lawful requirements. Don’t buy your car there and do not repair it there

I want to say that Mike Dimiceli in sales and Marsha Ashley in finance are 10 star employees. They are amazing. This leads me to the service department. My purchase was on June 25, 2024. The day I got the vehicle home there was a problem with the 3rd row seat headrests not disengaging and folding down. I went back the next day June 26, 2024 and was told that the parts were back ordered and that they would take care of the issue. They removed 1 headrest and were able to disengage the other so that I could fold the seats down. Fast forward to January 10, 2025 when I needed my first oil change. Upon checking in I told them that a light popped up on the dash and went away but I did not know what it was. I was told it was probably a software thing and they would check it out.
