From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, from the incredible mechanics to the welcoming lady at the front desk. I own a 2012 Ford Fusion, a model that is no longer manufactured, and after taking it to the Ford dealership, I was quoted over $3,000 just to replace the electronic power steering gear. After extensive searching for other options, I came across Mr. Taylor, the owner, who provided me with a fair and honest estimate over the phone. Because I called on a Friday and the parts did not arrive until Monday, there were some delays due to the vehicle not responding to an electronic reset, which understandably made me nervous. If I could give ZERO stars I would. My son's car was towed here by our warranty after breaking down. Never initiated communication what so ever. Every time my son called to check on his car he was given an excuse and told they would call him back but never did. After the car sat there for 5 days I finally called the warranty who told me they never received anything from the garage. I called the garage and was lied to saying the boss was in touch with the warranty (but he was not in touch he was on vacation). After I agreed to pay for the car it was instantly fixed. My son picked it up same day and drove 30 minutes before the car started doing the EXACT SAME THING. The car is not fixed and I will be filing a dispute to get my money back. This garage is terrible. Got my oil changed in February and it took forever but the lady at the front was super nice… well I go to change my oil today myself and they completely over tightened everything and ruined the washer on the bolt to the oil pan and noticed it was leaking a little bit. Now I have to go to an auto parts store and buy one and make a 30 min job an hour one… person changing the oil needs to learn how to do it right!!
