I went there after my car was in an accident to retrieve personal belongings out of my car. A man came out to tell me I have to provide the office with my ID and insurance card before entering the car. After I provided my ID I asked why he needed my insurance card, immediately he said I can call the police. Very rude and unprofessional for no reason. Go elsewhere if you can!
