I purchased from Delmarva over the fall of 2025 and the sales team (Eric) was fantastic to deal with set me up with exactly what I needed. I ended up needing repairs over the winter and the service department (Lisa) went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and that my camper was all set for the season. Delmarva is a fantastic dealer for all your RV needs whether it’s purchaseing or repairs.

Charlie at the parts department and Lisa in the service department were absolutely amazing. I purchased a new camper from Delmarva RV about a year before . I was getting ready for a big trip to Florida with it and I was having an issue of loss of brakes on the unit . Only to find out that I needed all new brake assemblies . And that my warranty for the brakes was over with by a month . Charlie worked on the manufacturer warranty department and got them to cover the repair . He got the parts in the week before my trip . And Lisa in the service department worked me into an already slammed schedule to get the work done on it . Got it back two days before my planned trip . Found the fifth wheel camper of our dreams thanks to the help of everyone at Delmarva RV! The process was very easy. We are owed a vent cover and no one is returning calls/texts with updates. We’ve been waiting since 9/18/25. Solar panels are supposed to automatically work but when camper was moved to a safe spot for a week during the Nor’ Easter our refrigerator stay on so we lost all food in fridge.

Delmarva RV Center delivered an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Seader, was nothing short of amazing. He made the entire process smoother and easier than we ever could have imagined. Our RV technician, Mike, walked us through every single part of our new RV and explained all the components with incredible detail. He is the most knowledgeable RV expert I’ve ever met—professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. Our finance manager, Roadie, was just as exceptional. He was welcoming, efficient, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire financing process. We truly loved everything about our experience at Delmarva RV Center. Highly recommended!

Was an excellent experience with the sales department. Very little effort on our part to get the camper we wanted. They closed the camper off as we were working on the paperwork and put signs on the door to tell people it was in the process of being sold. All the staff was very professional and knowledgeable, our salesman, Eric, was also very knowledgeable about the difference in the camper manufacturer's. Can't wait to pick it up
