First time I bring it in to be detailed inside it comes out with SOAKED SPEAKERS &a DENT right above the passenger door handle that I noticed when driving away (bc it’s clear as day noticeable in the mirror) turned right back around and asked someone if something happened- all for them to do a claim for the car wash and now tell me it was already there … this is a brand new car no rust on bottom nothing . Dented not scratched dented , they denied the claim - WATCH OUT FOLKS!!! Honestly horrible employees inside detail was half assed and they’re all rude !!!
We stopped in for a car wash today and ended up signing up for the unlimited monthly car wash package. Brody was amazing! He was super friendly, patient, informative, and an absolute pleasure to talk with. You are going places Brody! Thank you for your excellent customer service 😊!
I had been going to the Webster Delta Sonic for a period because the Justin did a good job, however he was transferred. I asked the guy on the phone about my regular Wax job, he gave me the usual price. I did ask him if they would simply wipe the rims during the wax job, he said no, it's an additional $80.00. I wasn't pleased so I called Penfield where I've many times. I told them about Webster's phone call, wiping my rims, they seemed to understand, and told me, no problem.. So I was there half hour later. Due to the remodeling it was difficult to park and wait but I did call them and told them I was in restaurant parking lot next door. The supervisor, Cierra, and another young lady came out and spoke with me. I was impressed, very professional. The young man who did my truck was "Jared M
Don't go here. My car is so scratched up after going through their car wash. Extremely upsetting and frustrating to go to an expensive car wash and exit with scratches up and down my car. I would give zero stars if that were an option
Had my car dried today after washing. Kristina was very kind and did such a great job drying my car. It is spotless. I definitely will go back again.
