Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great service! I still had 1000 miles left in oil life and they were transparent with that. I still got my oil change because I know I would forget in the next month or so. Checked my rear brake light for free to make sure it was tightened. Very personable and friendly staff. Highly impressed! Thank you.

I typically go to the Webster Valvoline for my oil changes. I happened to be out in the Penfield area and my car was saying that the tire pressure was low in all of my tires. I stopped at the Penfield Valvoline and the kindest young gentleman immediately filled up my tires and sent me on my way free of charge. He just said “come back and visit us again sometime!” It made my day because I originally wasn’t sure what to do. It was a quick and kind exchange that stuck with me. I definitely will be going back to that location! Thank you!
