The Addison of Willow Pond

I am very new to The Addison of Willow Pond and everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Tracy Moses and Tim Roe for all they’ve done for me from getting my TV installed and working (an essential necessity) to guiding me, showing me and teaching me how to navigate and enjoy my new home. The food here is great and the people OUTSTANDING! I couldn’t be happier to be here. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop and just say how grateful and blessed I am to be here.

My mom was there 10 years. Sadly she had to move on. The people and management there have been fantastic. She still comes back to visit. Thank you for a great 10 years!

My mom has been at Willow Pond for over two years and we definitely believe it is the best place for her during this last chapter of her life. The staff has made mom feel like part of the family and it has been welcoming to all of us too. Mom was there just about two weeks, when everyone knew her name and what she liked to do. The housekeeper, the dinning staff and front desk staff, all greet her with love and respect. The rest of the residents are just as welcoming. They seem to look out for one another, just like a family does. It makes us, her daughters, feel such comfort. We know she is in a safe, caring and environment. Kathy Sear

My Mom moved to Willow Pond a little over two years ago. From our first visit, we were impressed by the friendly and caring staff. When we were on a tour of the facility, Jeff and Suzy greeted all the residents by name. There are a variety of apartments, and they are all freshly painted with new flooring and appliances. Mom chose an apartment with a fireplace and lots of natural light. With her own furnishings, she has made a beautiful new home for herself. They offer a wide range of activities for residents, including theme weeks, bingo, crafts, exercise, musical entertainment, and outings. They also provide residents transportation to two appointments a month. We were recently invited to join an outing to tour the Buffalo Bills stadium. My life long best friend just moved into the Legacy at Willow Pond two weeks ago and has already met so many wonderful people. I’m so impressed with the cozy atmosphere as you enter the building and the helpfulness from all the directors. Ray the head of the maintenance crew was so helpful when she moved in making sure her apartment was exactly what she wanted. I visited the community for the first time this week for their Apple Spectacular fall kickoff event and it was so much fun! The Apple bowling was a hit we had so much fun on top of all the delicious snacks Daniel and the dining staff put together. The activities are endless and there's a variety of options for anyone.
