Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

DO NOT GO TO MR. TIRE!!!! They left me with worse alignment than I went in with. They stated they could not get it straight and tried to say something was wrong with my car. They also still charged me half price for making my car worse! I should have called my credit card company and disputed the charge, but at the time they had me so worried something was seriously wrong with my car, I was not even thinking straight. Today I went to Mavis and had a perfect experience. It is what reminded me to write this review from my experience a year and a half ago, so no one else has to have this experience. While you are at it, avoid the whole Monroe Muffler family because they did worse to my fiance - by not even finishing the job he paid them to do. He discovered this by finding his manual vehicl

It was easy to get an appointment. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I was greeted upon arrival. Everyone was very kind. I was listening to them work with another customer. She has a brand new car with an issue. They said to her "we will be happy to schedule you an appointment, but I think you should visit your dealership, it seems like this will be under warranty" so- I'm impressed!

Ordered 4 new tires. They arrived in a few days, but I couldn't make the appointment so they easily re-scheduled. Tires were installed and looked great. I bought all-season tires for the same price as stock replacement tires from the dealer.

The staff here is great. They really work with you to get you in and find a solution that fits your needs and budget. Latest service was oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. I waited for it to be completed and it was quick. In and out in about 30 minutes.

Very quick service. They set the appointment for the next day. Communication was great. They kept me updated on the progress throughout the day. I have used the Panorama Trail - Penfield store many times to service my vehicle and have always been satisfied.
