Desoto Collision Center - Olive Branch

We had some accident mechanical damage repaired at DCC. This was the body shop we chose, referred by insurance and Matt was our guy. They dealt with the adjuster, did all the repairs in about a week, kept us up to date on parts arrivals…the whole thing. Picked the car up today and super happy with the process. I was glad it was done by a local business, rather than a corporate owned body shop. They just seem to care a bit more. The car was clean and wiped down. No complaints, dealing with Matt was great. He is excellent with all communications and customer service. Kudos also to the tech who repaired the car. Would do business here again!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at DeSoto Collision Center in Olive Branch. They made several promises that they did not keep. For example, they said they would clean my car as part of their work, but when I got it back, it looked like it had just been sitting outside — covered in leaves and dirt. I also had a separate transaction for additional work that I discussed with Coty. She quoted me a price, and I agreed to it. Later, after speaking with her colleagues, she apparently learned the price would be higher. Instead of calling me to confirm whether I still wanted the repair done, she said nothing and allowed my car to sit there for three to four weeks without any communication. DCC was very professional and detailed in repairing my friend’s 2022 Camaro convertible that I damaged backing out of my driveway. Deitra kept us informed via text about the progress of the work being performed. We were given a worst case estimate of 20 work days however they completed it in 8!!!! The work performed was impeccable.. Great Job DCC/Deitra!!
