I can’t say enough. The staff for the carwash is great. They are with you from the time you pull up through the time you leave the lot. They are intentional and pay attention to every detail. Great Service and Highly recommend the monthly wash plans, well worth it.

IMO DDCW is the best tunnel wash in the area. So…. the reason for 4 stars vs 5, wash prep quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s just ok. If the wash prep was always great, it’d be 5 stars. Ownership reached out and took care of a customer service issue that was previously reflected in my review, but was not related to the quality of the car wash. I appreciate them doing that, and I have updated review accordingly.

Just wanted to say how moved i was with Savannah's assistance. She paid attention to detail while helping customers and checking in her Pepsi delivery!! Her and a coworker even helped moved some cases around so that I could fit the pepsi delivery in their cooler.

Purchased gas , then paid 40$ for a wash. When I asked about air freshener I was told u had to pay another 2.00$ that not even one was included with my wash . When I talked to the manager, she told me that I needed to read the above pricing where it said air freshener, was included for $60+ wash! So I'm paying 20$ more on a wash !!!
