Diamond Shine Car Wash

This is the second time I have gone to this car wash and had a bad experience, I paid $20 for a wash and said my payment was not authorized to reinsert my card so I did and was charged again, when I went into the wash it only rinses off my car with water, no soap, no sprayers nothing but the big bush and water. Of course there's no phone number available to speak to someone. I would definitely go to a different car wash not that rip off!

The fm transmitting doesn’t work, you can’t hear a word it says, the signal is too low. This causes you to not know to move forward to the next washing cycle. $20.00 is overkill and the car came out dirty. Will never use again. Can we get a real car wash on the coast.

Love this car wash! The machine didn't have enough change, so I called the number on the kiosk. It was very easy to get a hold of somebody and very easy to get the issue resolved. Thank you much Scott, we'll be back again!

TOTAL RIP OFF $20 and the truck was still dirty... spread the word so others don't use this car wash

Don’t waste your money. Doesn’t wash well at all even if your car isn’t that dirty. Tires remain dirty. Won’t go again
