Diehl Collision of Washington

I took my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport to Diehl Collision of Washington after I scraped the passenger side on a stone wall, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The manager, Kody, gave me an accurate and comprehensive estimate as to the cost and timeline for repairs. I also needed a rental car, which was conveniently available through Diehl. I appreciated their attention to detail and their frequent updates about the progress of the repair on my vehicle. They also took great care to ensure the interior of my vehicle stayed clean. My car looks as good as new!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Diehl Collision of Washington for any body work or repairs. They are wonderful!!

I ended up going to Diehl Collision out of convenience in dealing with my insurance provider. I hadn’t really heard anything good or bad about the place, but I figured it couldn’t be that bad so why not? They did a fantastic job! The estimate was comprehensive and hit the items I was concerned about. They explained the process for adjusting the estimate based on damage which wasn’t visible from the outside. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. The shop was pretty clean too. They seemed to take care to keep my interior clean while they had the vehicle. Hopefully I won’t have to but I would go here again.
