Discount Tire

This store has amazing customer service! We were on a road trip and had a nail in our tire and they patched us up in the middle of a snow storm without a grumble! They were very kind and the associate that helped us was ver knowledgeable. I recommend this store if you want great customer care and service.

Everyone was super friendly and patient. They stayed after hours to finish replacing our flat tire. Spent a lot of time working up some different replacement options for me. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much for all of your help and kindness. 💜

Had an amazing experience this morning. Jacob helped us quickly get new tires, and said it would be done in about an hour. Pulled in an hour later, and my car was being parked at that instant. Jacob even upgraded our tires free of charge because of a stock error, which was really generous. Thank you guys for an effortless experience. Would highly recommend. Cheers

I’ll give this location the benefit of the doubt, considering they just opened, and all of the employees are wonderful in working with; however, I’ve had to return now multiple times to fix inconsistencies. The first fix was due to it leaking around the bead, and now I’m about to return again for a leak around a different tires valve stem core. It’s now about a week since they installed all tires, and having this many issues already, does raise some red flags about quality control.

Excellent service for my Audi A7. Kyle the manager I met was very much on top of his game on tire selection and service. Very good franchise location for a great national brand. I'm a picky automotive engineer and these guys are great.
