I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire and can’t say enough good things about Brad and Colin. Brad helped me choose the right tires for my Mercedes and was knowledgeable, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I felt confident in the decision. Colin also worked on the car, and both of them treated it with real care and attention to detail. What really stood out is that they stayed late after closing to make sure everything was done right and that I was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. The work was done professionally, the pricing was fair, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. Had a great experience at Discount Tire. They took care of a nail in our tire and replaced our windshield wiper. Definitely a lifesaver! Despite how busy they were, the team provided excellent customer service and kept things running smoothly. A big tip be sure to call ahead and make an appointment, because the wait can get pretty long if you just walk in. They did a great job. 👏 We appreciated the professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend them for any tire related needs.

Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation, alignment, and for front wiper blades. Everyone at the St. Charles store is pleasant, professional, and efficient. The tire work was free since I bought the tires there, and the wiper blades were reasonably priced. I’ve always had a very good experience when I go there.

I stopped in yesterday morning to get air in my tires. Kevin noticed my back tires were showing metal. After work, I went back and him and another gentleman were wonderful. They helped me get 4 brand new tires even though I couldn’t afford them. They were so helpful and understanding. I am so thankful for them because I would have blown out a tire on my way home from work. Thanks to all the amazing guys in the shop too! They got the tires on in record time. I highly recommend them and will definitely return.
