Great service and experience! Thank you to Joshua, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. The service was quick, and they kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real expertise, but they definitely did. I just want to say to Bruce and his staff. You are overall the best at what you guys do. The crew was attentive knowledgeable and I had the most pleasant experience at this location. These guys helped me in ways i could never imagine. This was a display of exemplary leadership service class and kindness from a human heart I’ve never experienced. I had an incredible experience at Discount Tire. I was literally minutes away on my way to get my new tires installed when I got a flat. I called to let them know I wouldn’t make it before closing and Josh went above and beyond. He came out to help install my spare so I could safely get to the store and even though they had already closed, the team stayed after hours to install my new tires. That level of customer service is rare and I am so grateful. Josh, the Store Manager and team who truly turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Five stars again for Joshua. First time in met us at our car, got us taken care of surprisingly quick and cheaper than expected. We purchased everything recommended. Alignment warranty all four tires and tps systems. Next time in for a nail in tire a week later. The tech tried to tell us somehow in a week all my lug nuts became bad and needed to be charged for replacing. Didn’t seem right that everytime we stop in not matter how short of a time frame that we would need something else. Luckily Joshua was there and took care of us again and got us on our way without additional charges.
