After a totally disastrous experience with another tow company, this place came through and saved my day! They were so quick, 15 minutes after I called they were there. The driver was very friendly and kind. I feel so extremely grateful for this tow service and their service. Fast and reliable and customer oriented. Thank you so much!!
I was left stranded thanks to roadside assistance through my insurance. Just so happened one of their guys was sitting in the parking lot near me and asked if I needed help. He offered to change my tire for me to get me on my way safe and sound!! Walked me through everything he did, gave me advice, and made sure that I didn't have any questions before he left. I'll be keeping their card for ANY future service I need!
Costas was the consummate professional, kept my safety and comfort front of mind. Was very careful that he wouldn't do any more damage to the car. I'll recommend Discount Towing to everyone!
Tony helped tow my car from St. Louis park to a mechanic shop in Burnsville. Great experience he called me when he arrived and I had to go into work so I was not with my vehicle but he handled everything and got it to its destination! He sent photos and text to confirm he dropped it off. Greatly appreciated and great customer service from Tony!
