Great service, we bought 2 SUV from Them within the last 16 months

Bought a used car in February from Luther. I knew I was due for an oil change and I just so happened to receive an email from Luther offering a first free oil change. Took it in and they checked me in, and offered a free car wash as well. They informed me it needed new air filters so that was fine, but I ended up paying for not only the filters but the oil change as well, and the car wash didn't even get the car clean. Obviously the maintenance is important, and I will pay for services provided, but sending me an email offering complimentary service to get me in the door, and then charging me $75 for it is not appreciated. The service and support was great and everyone was friendly and helpful, but y'all can find better ways to bring in business.

After scheduling through the app. Received a call to verify and make sure the service I picked was correct. Was told that the shuttle service had been on pause. Said I would be able to find another ride. However, when I arrived for my appointment was pleasantly surprised that they would take care of getting me a lyft ride. Didn't have to wait long after checking in and was on my way home. Took about and hour half, car was done. Let my advisor know that I would be ready around 10 to be picked up. I had already took care of paying online which was quick. Was picked up, dropped off. Then right to the service desk to get my keys. The whole transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you!

Lance had the vehicle pulled up to the front of the store when I arrived. There was no wasted time trying to find the vehicle. He was prompt in his response to my questions. He was very thorough in explaining all incentives and how to qualify. He stayed late to see my entire process through even though I know he had previous plans. Tony, the manager on duty during my visit was very transparent with my trade value and lease vs. purchase scenario. I have already given their names to a person who stopped and asked about my new car. Tiffany the finance manager who handled my purchase was so friendly and easy going. I didn't feel any pressure from her to purchase additional protection for my vehicle even though I did buy the service contract and tire and wheel protection. The entire process fro
