Waited 5 days to get a response from the service manager after leaving 6 messages and finally just asking customer service for an answer. Only to be told my vehicle was passed through different people and no voice messages were checked! Total waste of my time.

Have always had a positive experience.

My car had a flat tire and I had it towed here. Talked with Kyle at 4pm on Friday who assured me that it would be done Saturday morning and that I’d hear from them. Saturday morning came and Mitsubishi refused to communicate with me on the status of my vehicle despite the receptionist telling me they’d be in touch. Showed up at 1:30 to the dealership where they told me they looked at the vehicle in the morning but nobody communicated the status of it until I showed up in person.
