Hertz Car Rental - Brooklyn Center - Brooklyn Boulevard

I had an outstanding experience at this Hertz location! The staff were professional, friendly, and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Gino, the manager, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. His professionalism and attentiveness made a huge difference and really stood out. I highly recommend this Hertz location to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I placed a reservation in January thru Delta for a trip coming up. I was second guessing myself on what I rented due to not seeing it as an option any longer and had a few question. I called and talked to Calvin. He was very helpful, answered all my question (I asked a lot) and gave me a helpful suggestion. Thanks Calvin!

I arrived early, things were busy, but the employees were helpful and friendly and still got me checked in and out the door in a reasonable amount of time. My only "complaint" would be that my car only had a quarter tank of gas left in it, and showed 101 miles left in "range" when I got into it. I'm not sure if this was just an oversight because I was early, or what, but it was a little frustrating to have to stop for gas so soon. All in all a good experience so far though. 😊

If I could leave 00000 stars only I would! Do not rent from Hertz! They accused me of requesting satellite radio in the vehicle I rented, because of a car incident. It took me an entire month to get the $270. back, yes, for 14 days, satellite is $270. Who would do this! Anyway, awful customer service, from the beginning to the END!

Had one of the best expierences renting a car here. All of the gentlemen at the desk( I didnt get names which I should have so I could shout them out) were amazing and went above beyond. So happy with my expierence. Thank you guys! Edit i got one of the guys names geno! Didn't get the other guys name but they are both amazing and made this expierence so easy, so thanks again!
