I brought my van in to have my tires replaced. The manager came out, inspected the tires, and ordered new ones. After installation, I immediately noticed severe rubbing with loud screeching on even small turns. The tires had already damaged the side step and the vehicle was undriveable. When I called, the manager told me to get an alignment at another shop. I took it to Goodyear, where they inspected it at no charge and confirmed the real issue: the tires installed were three sizes too large for my vehicle. When I returned to Discount Tire, the manager was dismissive and repeatedly insisted the tires were “the same size,” implying the problem was somehow my fault rather than a fitment error. So easy, so professional. These guys were great. Replaced the specialized tire on my Tesla M3 performance. In and out quick. They gave me extra time to explain how Tesla curves tires inward, and that wears the rear wheels out faster. Tesla is so non-conforming. Elon always gotta be special. If you ever get a flat on the Pirellis, no one, including Tesla Maui, carries these tires in stock. I heard afterward maybe Acura Maui might have them in stock, and they do work on Teslas. Good luck if you get a flat on a Tesla on Maui. You’re likely gonna fedex yourself a tire and wait 3-4 days before you’re driving again.

Professional, and despite me being a walk-in, they got the job done quickly. They are a little cheaper than the other comparable tire shops, but don't let the word "discount" fool you. They're not inexpensive. But none of them are. Walmart is the only place where you can still get a decent deal on a tire. Other than that, I'm pleased.
