Dixon Suspension & Smog

When I came to this first thing I noticed was the atmosphere its awesome. The music they played was a vibe. They made my experience as customer feel extremely welcomed. My car definitely came back better than I left it. 10/10 I recommend they have earned my business as long as I remain in CA. Shout out to the owner BJ, thank you for taking me on last minute this was great experience.

This place does quality work. BJ is a honest businessman. He took my daughters car in that needed some front end work done on it. He checked the car out and found the tie rod was bent along with a few other issues. He gave me a price to fix it and offered me a discount on the repairs to be done. So for the service requested it was a good value and they finished the repairs when promised. After the repairs were made I took the car to a different shop to do an alignment. The other shop tried to tell me I had a bunch of oil leaks but couldn't tell me where the leaks were. I went back to Dixon Suspension & Smog and talked to BJ. he brought it in to his shop put it up on the rack and brought me in to the shop under the car and showed me that there were not leaks like the other shop said there w

I had an issue with my trucks suspension I called Dixon suspension for an inspection and a quote. Bj the owner answered and scheduled me in the next day and went over everything they found. I was given a price and I approved the work everything was honest and upfront and an easy process. They stand behind their work and they support the customer through the entire process. I have found my go to shop here in town.

Never in my 51 years have I had a mechanic tell me work did not need to be done. Backstory... took my daughter's car here for a second opinion. Previous place told her she needed $650 of brake work done, pads and new rotors... plus about $3000 in other needed repairs they recommended. I replaced the rotors a few years ago and knew they weren't bad. I took her car to Dixon Suspension, the owner and mechanic did an inspection and showed me that the brakes were only about halfway through their life and did not need to be replaced. They made a few recommendations for future repairs and sent us on our way, no charge. With this act of honesty, they've won my future business. They will be doing all future maintenance on all four of our cars.

This place is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was made simple and stress-free. The customer service is top-tier, he takes the time to walk you through everything that’s wrong, explains the repairs clearly, and gives an honest estimate with no surprises. What really impressed me is their respect for your time. If you have somewhere to be, he and his team make sure to get you in and out right on schedule to the best of their ability. That level of care is rare! They’ve definitely earned our family as loyal customers, and I highly recommend them to you and your family as well. I truly can’t say enough about how great this shop is, a true blessing! My car is running flawlessly!!!
