Today has been my lucky day. I have been so lucky to have come into this establishment and unexpectedly purchased a brand new set of tires. Good ones at that receive the service I Received their kind compassionate they took no time at all to get me approved for a large amount to be able to purchase the tires with excellent payment plan and a chance to even pay everything off with no interest in three months the tires were reasonable price. I almost fell off my chair when he quoted me the price that he quoted me for four brand new tires. It was done with an alignment in a short amount of time. Answered my call quickly, Very accurate information, friendly and got us in and out in less than 15 minutes. The quote was reasonable and didn’t change once we got there. We are very happy with our service and will definitely return when our other vehicles need tires.

Got a flat on the highway and we were lucky enough to be near Dixon tires & rims. They quickly patched our tire and got us back on the road. Very kind and funny!

They're known in the community and got reccomended. Went in to ask them to seat the bead on a scooter tire, my compressor just couldn't do it. Walked up, waited for a bit, explained the request and the gentleman got it done in like 5 minutes. Then he didnt even charge me. Very nice.

I have been to this shop several times and most visits have been positive with quick and straightforward service. On one occasion, the wrong tire size was installed, and while it was inconvenient to return to Dixon to have it corrected, the staff did take responsibility and fixed the mistake once I brought it up. My most recent visit, however, left me disappointed. I had called ahead for a quote and was given a price over the phone. When I came in a couple of days later and asked again, I was quoted a slightly higher price at the counter. When I questioned it, the response I got was along the lines of “yeah, no worries, I can give you a discount.” That felt disingenuous since the original lower price I had received over the phone was for the same tires.
