Dixon Tire Pros

We had a tire get punctured on one of our company vehicles which ended up getting damaged so much it had to be replaced. Tire Pros was able to get me scheduled on a short turnaround and get a replacement tire ordered for delivery the next day, plus they provided a shuttle ride back to where I had driven from in Dixon that really saved my day! I don’t live in Dixon myself but we use them regularly for our fleet vehicle base run Dixon and I’d definitely bring my own truck by them if I loved there too.

Awesome shop. They really take care of you. Everyone was very easy to speak and work with. They give you options that don’t feel forced. They even offered to take my car to my house when I’m at work. Also offered a shuttle service. Great customer service. Will be bringing my truck back to them for any work.

I was able to get 6 new tires for my RV. Excellent customer service. Courtesy ride to and from home a definite plus. Will be coming back for additional services for my diesel engine work. Definitely recommend.

I had a flat tire on I-80 near Dixon exit. Rode on flat tire to Walmart Tire Center. They said they had other cars to attend to and wouldn’t give estimate for them even looking at it. Said 1-6 hours possibly. I called a few places and thankfully called Dixon Tire Pros. The GM Andrew answered and said he’d come take a look. He was able to get the spare off and then left to get proper tools to put tire on in front of Walmart automotive department. He and Mike came back and put tire on then told me to follow them down the street so they could put air in tires!!! I offered to pay they for their help and they wouldn’t take anything!! I’m so grateful for their help. I’m going to come to this shop from Sacramento if I need something for my personal car. I appreciate businesses like this. Excelle

Thank you so much to the team at Dixon Tire Pros for their outstanding service. I was traveling alone from the Bay Area to Roseville when my low tire pressure light came on. I pulled into their service center, and someone immediately offered to help. After checking my tire pressure, they discovered an issue with one of my tires. Fortunately, it was something they were able to patch, and they had me safely back on the road within 45 minutes. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. I couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and excellent service.
