My boyfriend and i have a long trip coming up for the holidays and wanted to get new windshield wipers. We bought them and got to work swapping them out in the parking lot of this place. After 30 minutes of struggling and cursing, we begin to admit that we're doing something wrong and need help. Daniel was very nice and friendly and immediately jumped to help. He confirmed we had the right wipers and then he too struggled to swap them - turns out we have a car that certain wipers just dont fit into! Daniel was so gracious about the process and swapped us over to another brand of wipers which did the trick! He made sure to show us the install process too. Overall, he turned a frustrating experience into a funny memorable night for my boyfriend and me. Keep up the great customer service!

A big thank you to Alex for helping me with my daughter’s windshield wiper blades. You don’t get good customer service anymore and he definitely went above and beyond.
