We have been using Dixons for many years and always get 5 star service. I love that the service writers work aa a team so your call or questions are always answered and they dont seem commissions driven. It's nice that you can reserve a loaner vehicle if you plan in advance and if you need your car towed they have a tow truck at their other shop that will tow your vehicle. I feel they genuinely look out for us and help us to budget for our vehicle expenses. Thanks for always looking out for us, we greatly appreciate it especially on a fixed income now. I recently purchased new tires and had my state inspection done at this shop, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure. The pricing was fair, the work was done efficiently, and everything was completed when promised. My car feels great, and it’s reassuring to know the inspection was done thoroughly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable car care.

I am very please From the time I enter the door til the day I received my car I only receive respect support and was listen to; any concerns and questions I had was address. Richard, Joe and the team are wonderful group and they did the work. I am very satisfied. They had my car during the heavy icy snow fall and I was not expecting my car for a while They enter the shop and start the first day they where able to return and I received a call, my car was ready!! This was my first time using Dixon Auto and it was such a great experience. I have a company car and wasn’t sure how the process worked with the fleet management company. Without me even directing them, Dixon reached out to the management company on their own and got approval for services needed. All I had to do was show up to get my keys. Great service, friendly people, and I loved how easy it was to book an appointment online. I will definitely be back and will share my great experience with others!

I have had two successive poor quality experiences at Dixon’s within the last year. For both experiences, the shop had notified me that they “fixed” the parking assist system in my car. However, on both occasions, the parking assist system failed within a week of service. After the first time, the shop tried to charge me over $1000 to fix it again, to which I declined. When I brought it back a second time, 8 months later, they told me it was fixed (after charging me $250), only to have the technicians fail to replace the clips that attach the wheel well sensor back to the body of the car. This resulted in the wheel well sensor coming loose and subsequently tearing the wiring out of place and causing the system to fail.
