We recently had a run in with a deer. My heart was broken both for the deer and my new car! I honestly couldn't look at either and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with getting it all fixed. A friend suggested Dover Chevrolet Collision Center. My car is not a Chevy so I was hesitant but.. we called and brought it right in. Kyle was friendly, sympathetic and professional. After contacting my insurance company, his crew immediately took it apart it apart and accessed the damage. It took more than a few calls from Kyle to get my insurance company to do their job, but he handled them with ease and got it done. The parts came in and before I knew it, it was time to get back. My 2008 Toyota Tundra had an accident 10 years ago. The work that the body shop (Not Dover Chevy) did at the time was subpar... I realized this 8 years later when it started to rust and rust fast. I brought it in and they were able to get my truck door looking like the rest of them. They did an amazing job, I didn't use insurance and the price was reasonable.

So let me start off by saying I should go with my gut next time if the rating is bad I should stay away. Kyle was very nice in the beginning. The receptionist was very nice over all but when things started to go bad, they ghosted me and wouldn’t answer the phone lol I was involved in an accident with my 2016 Chevy Tahoe was rear ended at 48 miles an hour with somebody That did not have insurance so I took it to Dover Chevrolet collision center thought this would be A smart move, considering I was driving a Chevy and I doubt with Kyle at first then Bob, it was a horrible experience.
