Phenomenal service and attention! I had to wait a few days for an available appointment, but my need wasn't sure and it was well worth the wait. He (not sure exactly who I worked with) took time to explain what was needed, why, and answered any and all questions that I had. And, I they used factory parts so no worries there. All of that for a reasonable price. What more could anyone ask for?

Dr. Benz aka Jim is awesome!!! The name speaks for itself. I had been frequenting a well known establishment for years for my auto repair and maintenance needs. However, after many ineffective brake jobs I decided to look elsewhere and found Dr. Benz. He diagnosed my car and he was very forthcoming and knowledgeable about my brake problems. He explained all of the details in lamens terms so that even I understood and felt comfortable with the services I would need. Not only that, but the service was fast.
