Drive Appeal in Eden Prairie

Easiest and lowest pressure car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone involved was courteous and professional. You can tell they enjoy what they do. I’ll be purchasing my next vehicle from Drive Appeal.

Bought a car, brought it in for a engine noise, they ended up replacing the entire engine which was covered under warranty. Kelly and all the staff involved at new hope drive appeal were amazing I would give more then 5 stars if that were an option . Customer service is a thing of the past in the world we live in today. With that being said Kelly went above and beyond, checked in to let me know what was going on and genuinely cared about my needs and concerns. Thank you for your excellent service, I will referring drive appeal to anyone who is looking for a quality car with backed warranty and support!!!

This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a used car! Dan our salesman was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was so refreshing not to have to deal with a pushy aggressive salesperson! I would highly recommend this dealership.

Everything checked out, no visible leaks on in or under the vehicle and the car drove ok so I bought the vehicle. (I'm a retired mechanic.) Unfortunately my experience with the car changed the very next day not even 30 miles after the purchase. The check engine light came on and started leaking coolant and oil both from the thermostat and oil cooler under the intake manifold. Then the transmission would not shift. I reached out to Drive Appeal the very next day asking for copies of what their shop did and was refused and worse yet stopped communicating with me. I didn't ask for the dealer to pay for anything just send me documentation. Now I own a basket case. Their warranty is a joke, Allstate auto warranty told me they don’t cover the stat or cooler which are bolted to the engine. So

That was Dan!!! Famous Dan!!!! Be careful with this company. In 2024, they sold me a 2012 Toyota Prius with a defective engine. They deliberately prepared the car for the test drive so that you wouldn't suspect anything. Two days after the purchase, the car broke down. They are well-versed in state laws, such as the "Lemon Law," and therefore never refund money for outright fraud. After inspection at a repair shop, it turned out that they had poured metal shavings into the engine to make the car run for a few days, thus selling a car that wasn't worth a penny. The metal shavings clogged the radiator and caused a leak in the engine gasket so that the car would only run for a couple of days. Be careful with this car dealership if you don't want to lose your money. These are professional scam
