Excellent service, and Joe was a pleasure to work with! I booked for the Gold Duck interior, and I received exactly what the service describes. My car is quite old, and I have a tendency to spill my coffee. But it feels like driving a new car, now! The communication was great, as well. Duck Detail provided excellent customer service from the moment I called to schedule until my car was ready. After the detail there was thorough follow up, easy and secure payment, and an opportunity to participate in a loyalty or referral program. But best of all the quality of work was excellent! Joe got the terrible cat urine smell out of my passenger seat (a kitty post-surgery incident) and made it look like brand new!
