We are devoted customers of East Amazon Auto Repair! We don't even live nearby anymore and we still take our cars here. We brought a car we were considering buying in for them to look at and they caught several significant problems that the dealership had either missed or lied to us about, and Dave gave us good advice about more reliable makes and models that we ended up following to buy the great car that we have today. We know we can trust East Amazon Auto Repair for good advice, fair assessments, and skillful maintenance. Last time they even popped in the new cabin air filter that we had sitting in our backseat, free of charge. We highly recommend!

I went in to get an oil change and have a brake light replaced on my car. David at East Amazon Auto Repair did the oil change and let me know that the brake light was still good. He was straight forward and clear about what my car needed and even gave me a report detailing what the car needs in the future. He didn't try to upsell me. He just gave me good service. Thanks, David. Oh I got a yellow rose too and a survey to fill out. I guess they want to keep doing a good job.

I have been taking my cars here for years. Every time they are communicative about cost and repair timing within the same day. My cars are old so they always let me know what maintenance might be coming up, cost and how to prioritize. They have a great text system that sends you photos and details when you have a maintenance check. They are so friendly, quick and their puppies are the sweetest.

My car was due for a major tune up (just about every routine maintenance thing you could think of) and East Amazon took care of it all—and then some. When they were looking everything over after they’d finished their work, they noticed my heater wasn’t pumping out hot air like it should be. This wasn’t even something I asked them to look at (it wasn’t that important to me to even mention—old cars have a thousand little things like this and it wasn’t a high priority). Regardless, they took the extra step to diagnose this problem and see if they could get it taken care of. In the process of blowing out a clog, the old heating core unit apparently crumbled to pieces (did I mention my car is old?). Very thorough. They fixed several problems that the dealership did notice at 90K service, including worn rear suspension arms.
