Encinitas Car Wash

I had my car washed and detailed for the second time at Encinitas Car Wash. The first hand wax lasted more than a year. This time Rudolfo also detailed my wheels. He was so friendly and accommodating . The detailing made a huge difference in the appearance of my car. The entire team did a great job. I was so pleased that I brought my friend in the next day for his SUV. Both times I was very happy with the work. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you !

Terrible experience. I paid for platinum. They did not vacuum inside at all. And all stains was not remove from inside and out. It was terrible. Also they damaged the side mirror of my car. When I told them I wanna talk to manager they said he is. Not here. Awful experience. The guy that giving the receipts he is absolutely rude and impolite. They did not compensate the damage of my side mirror.

This car wash not only uses scratchy bristles in the wash, which scratches the paint, but they also leave a car sitting wet drying with spots all over it (which causes them to wipe with dirty rags over and over to try and get the spots and streaks off, which it doesn’t), while 4 people dry cars that come out after another (my car). They also didn’t wipe down the console area or inside, and left fibers from their used rags all over the car When I brought this to their attention. They said, “Speak to the manager”. I spoke to the unhelpful rude “manager” and he simply said, “The owner lives in Africa, don’t come if you don’t like it” Just WOW! I don’t not recommend this place

1st time here and I paid for a Platinum Wash. I expected that it would be a good interior clean but the interior was so dirty. I wasn't surprised as they dried and did the interior in about 10 min. I asked for a rag and cleaned some of it myself. The mats weren't vacuumed etc. I have paid less at places that did a fantastic job. I did speak to the manager but he said all they do is a quick interior wipe down. But I have always had it with fingerprints and obvious dirt removed. He stated I needed it detailed. I agree but I wasn't expecting that type of detail, just a good wash and interior that was truly wiped down. This was so disappointing. (The pictures are after I asked them to clean again.)

Absolutely terrible. Aside from spending $40 and not getting a clean car they removed my antenna, damaged it to the point it could not be reinstalled and would not take responsibility. Don't go there much better car washes locally... update: After a few back and forth chats they did pay for a replacement antenna. Still would have rather had a good car wash and an intact antenna in the first place.
