Encinitas Ford Service

Finding a good car dealership to work with is already challenging, let alone a good Service Advisor. Duke is the exception to the rule. He was kind, patient, informative, trustworthy, and not pushy in the least bit. Front desk here was also friendly and very positive, and they had the ability to do their job quickly (transfer me to the correct department without putting me on hold for 10 minutes, like other Ford dealers have). If you have a Ford, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your vehicle here for service. I live Downtown, so this Ford dealer is not the closest one to me, but it is the one I would go out of my way to work with. Thank you, Duke, for making this experience a pleasant one!

Duke was great to work with. He was calm, professional, and handled communication in a way that made everything simple on our end. When questions came up, he got back quickly and kept the details consistent. Solid experience overall.

Even though they were short staffed for service advisers they took great care of my car. Went it for a recall and was told it would be done by noon and it was completed right on schedule. They even drove me back to my home early in the morning. I’m sure this is a thankless job but these guys work hard. Thanks!

Candidly, I’m bummed to see the reviews on this Ford Service Shop. I am new to the area and I’ve worked with these guys a few times, and every time I’ve had an excellent experience. I’ve connected with various team members and advisors, when on-site I typically work with Nick who not only knows vehicles really well (more than just Ford), but is a straight shooter. His service and communication are always on point. I’ve had several different vehicles in my life and our late twenty-teens Ford Explorer has been one of the most reliable vehicles, that said, I’ve been proactive with upkeep and maintenance. I look for professionals who can match that proactivity and Encinitas Ford seems to have that in spades. Thanks guys!
