U will need your company to email bills to them. Just walking in with a PU# doesn't seem to work.several driver's waiting around in office they like to forget to unlock you from a dock. You'll be sitting there the whole time with a red light.When actually you'll be done and they'll forget to give you a green light so you can leave.

FCFS quick loading once you back up your trailer on the dock you need to come and sit inside and wait for it

I made a delivery here on 6/25/19. I arrived the previous night and found there was some overnight parking. There were three trucks ahead of me. When I woke up in the morning the receiving department had already unloaded all three trucks. I checked in at my appointment time. I was in and out of their dock in under 40 minutes. The receiving department was friendly and helpful. You do have to wait in the driver lounge while they unload your truck, but there are vending machines and restrooms available. Overall this was a great experience to unload here.
