Joseph Airport Toyota Service

Joseph Airport Toyota use to be my go to car dealership. Our family bought at least 10 cars from them throughout the years. Their service department is so busy you don’t get good service. I won’t go into detail because it would be a very long review. With the popularity of Toyota being rated one of the best cars to buy the service department has become arrogant. They know most people want genuine car parts not aftermarket parts when their car is being serviced. I will not come back to this dealership for service or to purchase any cars in the future. Of course they wont care about losing a customer. Why should they?

We called the service department due to a recall on my RAV4. The paperwork states the recall inspection will take 45 minutes. When trying to schedule the recall, we were told waiting on the vehicle would be 4 hours. I have to work during the day so that isn’t something I want to miss four hours of work for 45 minute battery inspection. Then, when we offered to simply drop the car off in the morning to pick up after work, the service advisor stated it would be DAYS before we could pick up the vehicle. Completely unprofessional operation that is being managed in this service department and we do not recommend anyone take their vehicles here for scheduled maintenance or recalls. Editing to add: they also lost my husbands hub cap from his 2011 Camry.

Very disappointed with the service department since I bought the vehicle in November of 2024 I have had no luck the service advisors are difficult to schedule with I've had to argue with the service advisors as to the service I want on my vehicle which feels out of this world they lost one of my hub caps took almost a month to get replacement, the prices seem completely out of this world, have the time they don't wash your vehicle which I was told comes with service, I purchased the lifetime warranty (bumper to bumper) in addition to the limited lifetime warranty and yet I get told that my issue may be covered but there not unsure, I don't think I will go back to this dealership unless I have to. I strongly feel like the service department has lot any idea of service to the customer they

Oil change took 2 hrs. No apologies or acknowledgment for the long duration of waiting time. My car sat ready for 25 minutes until my kids and I got tired of waiting. We got up and went asked for our car. They handed me my paperwork, I paid and left. Will not be back. I would have waited longer than 2 hrs if I had waited for them to call me back.
