I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Spencer was incredibly pleasant and efficient, getting me in my car and on my way quickly. When I returned, the service was just as smooth. You truly have a great employee—he handled every customer ahead of me with calm, confidence, and no hint of panic. It’s clear he genuinely enjoys his job!

I used the Enterprise in Vandalia. They went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted and was used to. The young man who brought it to me was so sweet and respectful and helpful. Then when I returned the car there was only one employee working because of illness. But he had a great attitude and was so sweet. Thank you so much. God bless you!

Great experience with excellent service, great price, very convenient, super accomidating. They picked me up from the body shop to bring me to my car and at the end, i left the rental at the body shop to which they came and got the rental and settled up later by phone. These guys at the Vandalia Enterprise get my best rating,absolutely no complaints! A++

Shout out to SPENCER. From now on I will come back to Enterprise only when I need a rental. This location earned my trust and loyalty to the company because of Spencer. I guarantee if I was at different location or company I wouldn’t walk away with a car. He made sure I drove that evening when I showed up last minute and was short on money. The difference between 4 and 5 stars lies in the less than completely clean interior, the windshield wiper blades that streaked in the rain and should have been replaced, and the adaptive cruise failing to maintain any following distance after being set. With that said, the check in/out process was easy and my time was respected. The Chevy Suburban itself was nice. The local staff did a good job as well.
