Service Department is completely lazy and lacks integrity at all. Consistently charges GM for incomplete service rendered and then passes the costs on to customers. If you have a vehicle with different sized tires, please mark them because they will charge GM even when they haven’t rotated your $500 tires. 👎

My insurance sent me here after my car accident. Communication and updates never happened for the 5 weeks they had my vehicle. Customer service is non existent at this company. They allowed me to leave knowing how unsafe my vehicle still was. Shame on you! I refuse to ever associate with this company again. I have reached out to my insurance as well as the BBB for the unprofessional and unsafe practices that I experienced.

Nice people to deal with. They were very good at meeting my time frame when I had truck in the shop. In and out in one afternoon. Very pleased.

$113 for an oil change seems extreme Was low $80s last time

I booked an appointment for 8 for a minor repair, when I asked for an update at 1 pm (vehicle had not moved) they said I planned the appt for 8am "dropoff", was very specific on the phone about waiting because I had afternoon plans. The tech said I provided my phone number and signature on the paper saying it was drop-off so that was my miscommunication.
