I saw their site on Facebook and wanted to look at their inventory online. Had to fill out my name, email and phone in order to look which bothered me. After an hour of perusing the inventory, a man named Vince West called and I liked the way he handled things. I made an appointment for a Monday but went on Friday. I wanted a Chevy pickup, which they had but, my wife needed a vehicle easier to enter and exit. (We're both in our early 70s). Finally saw a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium and Vince got it ready for us to test drive. My wife and I loved it and went back to do business. This review has taken me a while because I was relocating after I got my car, but here it goes: My experience with Rightway Auto Sales was beautiful! It was by far the easiest process I have ever been through to get a vehicle. These people tell you upfront what it is and what it ain’t! My sales person Dee stepped into the picture and made this an amazingly swift and easy process and I appreciate everything that he did to get me in this vehicle!
