Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wish it could be zero stars. Make sure you take registration information and proof of residency should have been made very clear on the phone or on the website before I went to pick up and got dropped off. Lady at the front desk is extremely rude. I do not recommend this company nor do I recommend this Branch. Worst experience at a rental company I've ever had. Be more clear with your requirements. Don't worry, my week-long rental money went to a much better company. I guess my money is not green enough for your shareholders. I will never give them business again. Also a dump of a location next to a repair shop.

This is the worst branch and company I have ever had any business transaction with. The whole process was a disaster from the start. Arrived to pick up my rental I reserved 3 weeks earlier. No car for me. Sent to another branch which delayed my trip. Branch didn't transfer paperwork so I ended up being charged twice. 3 weeks after returning the rental still have not been refunded the second charge or my $300 deposit. Highly recommend not using this company. Had to pick 1 star. They don't deserve that.

Everyone was courteous and kind and helped me to get into the right vehicle so I could get up my icy snowy hill. Vehicle did great!!! Kindness goes a long way with me!!

Great experience! Jessica was awesome, she got me a great rate and the pickup process was easy and fast! Will definitely use them again.
