Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ms. Rhonda at the customer service counter at Charleston International Airport was EXEXCEPTIONAL! She gave my initial impression of my experience with Enterprise a SUPERIOR rating! The vehicle was clean and ran smoothly! Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the exceptional technician who checked my car in, but I want to give her kudos for her EXEMPLARY professionalism and her OUTSTANDING courtesy! I returned a car at the Charleston airport on 2.2.26 headed back to Dallas Texas. After walking a good distance with heavy luggage to the terminal to check in, I discovered that I left my phone in the rental. I had an hour before boarding and there was no way I could walk back to the actual rental with my luggage and make it back on time without falling out. I went to the Enterprise counter that was very close to where I was and spoke to a gentleman who called the guys where the car was and told them what had happened. They told him that I would need to walk back to them to get it. I knew I had to do it because I had no choice so I turned around to prepare for the hike. Reserved the car on line from O’Hare in Chicago. Picked up the car at Charleston airport. The process was easy. Car was comfotable and clean. The drive to Conway, SC was very pleasant. Turn in was easy with no surprises. I’ve always had no issues with Enterprise. Easy peazy

My agent, Kay Petruso, was outstanding! In all of my years renting from Enterprise, I have never had an experience this worth commenting about! From start to finish, her kindness, professionalism, courtesy, compassion, and relatability were commendable! Kay should be at least a Manager running her own station as she sure knows how to treat people! I will not be surprised when she’s at the top one day! I really hope her superiors see this… I can’t thank you enough Kay, way to go! Take care and God Bless you! The walk to the rental cars from the terminal at CHS though is another story… Completely unacceptable, but not the fault of Enterprise! Apparently, this is due to recent airport construction.

I met 2 young ladies upon receiving the vehicle, they were very pleasant. The counter help at the airport were great. This has really changed my understanding of South Carolina.
