Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently had to rent a car for about five weeks while my vehicle was in the shop, and I cannot say enough great things about the team at the Enterprise location in Cicero. From the very beginning, they handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and patience. There were a few different people but the names I do remember was Molly and Joe. Exceptional employees! They also had a new employee who was still in training and she was even excellent. My insurance covered part of the rental, and there were a few times I had to switch cars or adjust pricing. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly helpful, polite, and understanding. Not once did I have a negative experience, which is rare these days. I rented a car from this location through my insurance, and honestly, the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The manager even called me multiple times to make sure everything with my rental was going smoothly. That level of care really stood out. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve generally had good experiences with Enterprise (Cicero location), and the staff this time were friendly and helpful. The 2025 Nissan Sentra was reliable, but Apple CarPlay wouldn’t connect—even with staff help. This meant I couldn’t use Maps through the dashboard, so I had to look at my phone for navigation—less safe on long drives. Hands-free tech like CarPlay should be standard. On the return trip, I hit severe winter weather near Syracuse and decided not to stop for gas, both for safety and to make sure the car was returned on time. I understand the policy, but the fuel charge ($5.60/gallon) felt steep under the circumstances. A bit of flexibility here would have been appreciated. Overall, solid service and great people, but a few issues kept this from being a 5-star experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Enterprise. Every time I use Enterprise, the associates are incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to make the rental process easy and stress-free. From check-in to return, the customer service is consistently outstanding. They’re always willing to help, answer questions, and make sure I’m taken care of. It’s rare to find a team that is this friendly and reliable every time, but they never disappoint. Highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for excellent service and a smooth rental experience!

I recommend enterprise in Cicero 💯 I had an issue with the first rental they gave me then they made up for it 1000%. The staff is above average nice and respectful they care about their job and it shows on how they treat you.. Will def always get my rentals from them. Thank you guys so much for a great experience.
