Excellent service, many years in the market, a variety of new vehicles, low prices, and a large number of offices throughout the country. I highly recommend them; my family has always used their services because it's a company for the whole family due to its variety. The best in vehicle rentals.

I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Dawsonville (83 Bethel Dr, Dawsonville, GA 30534). The staff went above and beyond and even provided me with a vehicle from a higher class than I had originally reserved, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organized. Customer service was excellent, the car was clean and well prepared, and everything was handled at a very high level. Thank you to the Dawsonville Enterprise team for outstanding service. I will definitely be using this location again and highly recommend it to others.

I wanted a premier suv and the manager in Cumming was having a hard time locating a car I was wanting. He was so kind on the phone and assured me he would keep trying to find one that would suit me. He called me back within an hour and located one in Dawsonville. When I picked up and returned in Dawsonville, they were equally kind. Great customer service!!

I wish would give zero star. Do not come here unless you have to wait like a hour for the car you already booked. We did book in enterprise for the service and this location is our first time. It’s already been like 45 mins and no cars here. They say one I booked is on the way! Seriously? Waste of time! They do not even adjust price for another car even it’s their fault. I also asked her that it’s bit urgent since my daughter is under others care and need to go asap. Today my daughter’s birthday and we have plans we are gonna miss due to this delay. Absolutely Useless!! Bad service!

Brian was awesome. All The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My rental was Brand new! No clue how to operate the display accessories. Returned to location to ask for assistance. Brian gave me a quick tutorial. Overall a great customer service experience.
