Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Super friendly staff. When picking up the car, I was given a choice between 2 available cars, which was nice. However, one of the cars had a very strong stench of marijuana, so I was basically forced to take the other car, which had a rock chip in the windshield, and seemed to have a small transmission issue in the lower gears. Other than that, I liked the car, it was clean, had great gas mileage, plenty of room, and some nice driving features.

We have always had great experiences with our local Enterprise. It is super easy to reserve a vehicle online and the in store service is great. The location in extremely convenient to our home. The vehicles are well maintained and always clean on delivery. We use this location whenever we need a rental vehicle. Highly recommend!

The Manager (Tim) and his team were fantastic, and epitomized great customer service. Ahead of a busy Christmas week, my reservation was double booked against existing reservations w/ corporate -- Tim went above and beyond to get me the vehicle (SUV) type that I needed at no extra charge. He was courteous, efficient, and cheerful, and his team clearly respected him as a leader, even amidst the turmoil of a busy day. Thanks again, will be a repeat customer to this location.

Could not rant and rave about Camiah enough!! Not only was she friendly, patient and supportive throughout my rental car journey, she handled everything with ease and poise and I cannot thank her enough!! She needs a promotion asap! What a wonderful employee and person. Thank you so much, Camiah! I appreciate you!!

Zero. After submitting a claim for car repair. they still charged me even after my insurance paid. When we inquired, they said it was because I "upgraded" my rental, which is complete bullshit. My insurer chose the car. After numerous calls and emails, none were returned. They are the most abysmal company, and I recommend you run away. If a company can't even return calls or emails, they should not be in business.
