Great car, great value, great service! Rented a 15 passenger van for a road trip and rental was flawless, car was updated and in great condition and was checked in and out without any issues!

Very frustrating experience. Working with them due to an insurance claim and reservation was set up via my insurance carrier. Informed that they had cars available but all were large and would not be fully covered by my policy. Called my insurance company who informed me that they had to offer me a vehicle for the price outlined in my policy. Had to explain to 2 different employees and took an hour. Then they said they would give me a larger car but would have to come back and switch cars. I don’t mind the smaller car but now have to come back and deal with them again. I would never use voluntarily and would avoid this location. I have been through this process before but never had this much trouble.

Terrible experience. They said no pets and smoke. But when I just enter the car. Car smells like smoking room. Tons of dust everywhere and starbucks stopper. but they tagged on front mirror as inspected as clean. And I requested to them for better car. They said they don’t have other one. Be careful before choose them !!!
